200mph Mansory Bentley Bentayga revealed – luxury SUV pumped to 740bhp
German tuner Mansory has paid the V8-powered Bentley Bentayga its attention
While Bentley might have introduced the Bentayga Speed treatment late last year to be one of the fastest SUVs on sale, infamous tuner Mansory has its own ideas about what a fast Bentayga can be, and unsurprisingly the results are hardly subtle. Based on the V8 model, best turn away now if your idea of the perfect Bentley has a royal crest on the side.
Changes are kicked off with a full-blown wide-body extension over all four wheel arches, with virtually every new piece of exterior trim constructed from carbonfibre. This extends to the new bonnet, splitter, air intakes and front grille, too. Standard wheels are a set of gloss black 23-inch Mansory units, but a 24-inch package are also available.

There are also new LED daytime running lights for some extra drama on those tight Knightsbridge roads, with a more aggressive rear diffuser insert surrounding a redesigned quad-outlet sports exhaust system. Mansory has also incorporated a rear boot and roof spoilers, but the effectiveness of these at 200mph remains to be qualified.
Yet the design is overshadowed by its big performance upgrades. Powered VAG’s 4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 (as opposed to the W12 in the range-topping Bentayga Speed), Mansory has extracted 740bhp and a staggering 752lb ft of torque, an increase of 114bhp and 88lb ft over the Speed, but almost 200bhp more than the standard 542bhp V8 on which it is based.
In order to achieve such gains Mansory did more than a simple ECU tune, adding a new intake system, less restrictive sports catalytic converters and new turbos too. Straight line performance has seen a big bump as a result, with 0-62mph taking just 3.7sec and top speed now sitting at 197mph – an improvement of two tenths and 7mph over the Speed.
TrustpilotThere are also a number of changes inside, with complete reupholstery bringing diamond stitching to the seats, red highlights throughout and even new carbon fibre trim complete with one of Mansory’s unusual weave patterns.
Pricing for the conversion hasn’t been disclosed, but as with all of Mansory’s models it’s unlikely to be cheap.
